We ship worldwide from our headquarters in Dubai, UAE.

Same Day Delivery within UAE

Same day delivery is available on select items within the UAE.
For availability and details, please contact us at 04 326 1818 between Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Note: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Fees

Orders of AED 200 and above: Free delivery
Orders of AED 0 to 199: AED 20 delivery charge

Delivery Time

2 to 3 working days

For heavier items or larger package sizes, additional charges may apply. If applicable, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the charges.

Additional delivery charges may also apply for locations outside city limits of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Any such charges will be communicated to you in advance.

International Shipping

We deliver to customers all around the world.

Delivery timelines vary by destination. As a general guide:

GCC countries: 3 to 5 working days
Rest of the world: Standard delivery within 10 to 12 working days

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. In case a destination requires a custom shipping quote, our team will reach out to assist you.

Please note that for orders shipped outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for ensuring the items can be legally imported into their country. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are payable by the recipient.

Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your shipment. Every watch is securely packaged to protect it during transit, whether it is for personal use or gifting.
